# 247Rep > Your business, staffed and managed by AI. AI employees answer, sell and book on every channel. An AI Chief of Staff manages them and works for you. Everything they need — your inbox, customers, orders, calendar and documents — is in one place. 247Rep is an AI layer for a whole small or mid-sized business, not a chatbot on one channel. It has three parts: 1. **AI employees** (the front line) — they answer, sell, book and follow up on every channel, in your voice. These are who your CUSTOMERS meet. 2. **Chief of Staff** (the back office) — the AI that runs your business while you're not looking. This is who the OWNER meets. It supervises the reps, watches the whole operation, and does real work on instruction. 3. **The business system** (the workplace) — inbox, customers, orders, catalog, documents, workflows, and your own APIs. This is what both of them work inside. - Website: https://www.247rep.app - Pricing: https://www.247rep.app/pricing - VoIP: https://www.247rep.app/voice - VoIP setup: https://www.247rep.app/docs/setup/voice - Web widget: https://www.247rep.app/web - Chief of Staff: https://www.247rep.app/chief-of-staff - Features: https://www.247rep.app/features - Instagram setup: https://www.247rep.app/docs/setup/instagram - Docs: https://www.247rep.app/docs - Support: support@247rep.app ## Channels Live today (6): WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, Web, Instagram, VoIP. Coming soon: Facebook. One AI brain serves every channel, so context follows a customer between them. A person who messages on WhatsApp and later emails is the same contact with the same history and the same orders. Each connected channel is its own workspace inside the dashboard, with its own tools: - WhatsApp — messages, broadcasts, approved templates, scheduling - Telegram — direct messages, groups, broadcast channels - Email — a full inbox: starred, sent, drafts, snoozed, archive, snippets - Web — conversations, widget appearance, features, install snippet and a browser voice agent (general credits; no phone number) - Instagram — AI DMs, comment-to-DM automations, comment moderation, publishing and scheduling - VoIP — dedicated Telnyx phone numbers, inbound and outbound AI calls, two-way SMS, transcripts and optional recordings ### VoIP wallet and telephony compliance VoIP is a live 247Rep channel, but telephony is intentionally funded from a separate VoIP wallet rather than the main 247Rep credit wallet. Number rent, calls and SMS draw from VoIP credits. NGN VoIP top-ups use Paystack and USD VoIP top-ups use Flutterwave; Polar does not process VoIP wallet purchases. This separation keeps telephony billing and compliance requirements distinct. VoIP pricing is 30 credits per rounded-up call minute, 10 credits per outbound 160-character SMS segment, and from 150 credits per month for a number. There is no per-seat fee. The AI reps choose between 18 skills mid-conversation (catalog lookup, order tracking, booking, lead capture, escalation and more) — there is no flowchart to draw. They answer in 10 languages, detected automatically, including Pidgin and natural code-switching. ## The AI Chief of Staff An AI manager that sits above the reps and the business. It reads every conversation, order, email and call across every business the owner runs, tells them only what genuinely needs them, and takes action on instruction. - **80 built-in tools** (plus one per connected customer API). - **Proactive**: a morning brief and an end-of-day wrap in the owner's own timezone, with checks in between that only interrupt when something is urgent. - **Standing instructions**: "every morning, chase unpaid orders and draft the reminders" — typed once, runs on a schedule, in a read-and-draft mode that cannot message a customer by itself. - **Approval-gated**: every customer-facing action and every live-setting change is staged for a one-tap Approve or Cancel, and stands down after ten minutes with no answer. Nothing is ever sent or changed without the owner's yes. - **Where**: the dashboard, Telegram, and Slack. In Slack the whole team can use it, scoped by role — a junior can read and draft, only approvers send. - **Auditable**: every action it takes is logged with what, when and why. ## Customer 360 — the hub Every channel converges on ONE customer record. A person who messages on WhatsApp and later emails is the same contact, with the same history, and is never asked to repeat themselves. Each profile holds: - Every message on every channel, in one thread of history - Orders, spend and payment history - The channel they prefer and when they are responsive - Tone, sentiment and communication style, worked out automatically - For web visitors: device, browser, OS, referrer and landing page - Durable remembered facts the AI has learned about them - CSAT rating when they leave one This is why the AI never asks a returning customer who they are, and why the owner can ask "what do you know about this person" and get a real answer. ## The business system Everything the reps and the Chief of Staff work inside, included in every plan, on every pack. Grouped as an owner would think of it: - **Conversations** — cross-channel triage that tags each conversation (lead / question / complaint / order / spam), plus escalation to a human. - **Customers** — contact profiles with per-customer memory, a drag-and-drop lead pipeline, and segments. - **Commerce** — a product catalog, an order ledger, payment-receipt verification (the AI reads the receipt image and checks the amount), and an appointment calendar with reminders. - **Training** — a knowledge base, the skills registry, and a Soul that learns the business's tone from its own past conversations. - **Automation** — a visual workflow studio, campaigns and broadcasts, and standing instructions that run on a schedule. The Chief of Staff separately generates real .docx / .xlsx / .pptx / .pdf files on request; a standalone in-app document editor exists in the codebase but is not currently enabled for customers. ## What it works out on its own Runs unasked and surfaces on the channel overview and in the briefs: - A revenue or impact forecast, with a confidence level and a trend - A workspace health score (response time, quality, resolution) - Competitors your customers mentioned, ranked - Where your traffic actually came from - FAQs detected from questions you keep answering, surfaced in Knowledge The Chief of Staff also finds churn risk and quiet high-value customers on demand, as one of its tools. ## What it plugs into - **Data Connections** — register any HTTPS API you already run (booking database, ERP, shipping tracker) and the AI queries it live, mid-conversation, with your own auth. Rate-limited and logged. - **Developer API** — `api.247rep.app/v1`, bearer keys, signed webhooks, idempotency, separate test and live environments. - **Shopify** — the one shipping integration. Connect a store with a custom Admin API token and the AI answers "where is my order?" from real Shopify order status. (Google Workspace and Zapier exist in the codebase but are NOT launched and are hidden from the product.) - **Other surfaces** — an embeddable web chat widget, a hosted full-page chat link, an inline embed, and a site search widget. ## Pricing - 100 free credits on signup. No card required. - Credits, not subscriptions. Nothing recurs, and credits never expire. - Every feature is in every pack. Credits determine volume, never access. - Receiving messages, replying yourself, the dashboard, the analytics and the workflow builder are always free. A turn is billed for the single most expensive capability it used, never the sum of them. - Web lookup 3 credits · deep research 5 · a generated document 4. - Generated images: 10 draft, 25 standard, 60 HD. ## Setup and trust - Connecting a channel takes under 5 minutes; WhatsApp takes about 10 minutes because it includes Meta's own steps. - 247Rep is an official Meta Tech Provider, so it can provision and manage a WhatsApp Business number on the business's behalf. - No code is required for any of it. There is a full REST API for those who want one. - Business data is isolated per account. Connection tokens are encrypted at rest. Data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train generative AI models. Any channel can be disconnected at any time. ## Chief of Staff — every capability All 80 built-in tools. "Approval" means the action is staged for the owner's one-tap Approve or Cancel and stands down after ten minutes. ### See everything One shared memory across every channel, order and customer — and across every business you run. - **Every business at once** — One pulse line per business you run — open conversations, escalations waiting, channels live. - **The whole account** — Totals across every business: conversations, contacts, escalations and credits. - **One business in focus** — Conversations today, contacts added this week, outbound sent, escalations open. - **Find customers by behaviour** — "Most valuable", "frustrated", "gone quiet", "new this week" — asked in plain words. - **One customer, fully** — Sentiment, communication style, budget, spend, the channels they use and the one they prefer. - **Revenue for a period** — Orders and revenue over any window you name. - **Engagement health** — Active conversations today, average engagement score, contact count. - **Channel status** — Which channels are connected and live for a business. - **Open or closed, right now** — Answers "are we open?" against the configured weekly schedule. - **Who is slipping away** — Past buyers who have gone quiet, and engaged contacts nobody has followed up. - **See every live conversation** — Browse the actual conversations — by channel, by how recent, or just the ones still open or escalated — and open any of them in full. - **Remembers how you work** — Tell it once — "never message customers on Sundays", "always cc my accountant" — and it holds on every surface, permanently. - **Remembers every conversation with you** — Ask about something you discussed on Telegram from the web dashboard — it is the same Chief of Staff on every surface, and it can find what you said. - **Exact counts, any scale** — How many conversations by channel, status, category, priority or sentiment — counted in the database, not estimated from a sample. - **Search every conversation** — Find a keyword or topic across recent customer messages on every channel. - **Read a whole thread** — Exactly what was said, in order, with the channel each message came from. - **The inbox** — Recent email threads across every connected mailbox. - **Open an email thread** — Every message in it — from, to, subject, body, timestamp. - **Search your email** — Bodies and subjects across all your inboxes at once. - **Fetch new mail on demand** — Pulls fresh mail before answering anything where being up to date matters. - **What you missed** — Recent in-app notifications, unread first. - **The calendar** — Who is booked, and when. - **Your automations** — Every workflow with its state, run count and last run. - **Recent orders** — What sold, to whom, and whether it is paid. - **The address book** — Saved phone contacts, so you can say "call Amara" and it knows who that is. - **What actually happened on a call** — Reads the real outcome and refuses to guess: if the call did not connect, it says so. - **Open what a customer sent** — Reads receipts for amount, bank and date; transcribes voice notes; extracts document text. ### Reach customers Drafts in your voice on the channel the customer already uses. Nothing sends without your yes. - **Message a customer** — Drafts in your voice on the channel they last used — WhatsApp, Telegram, the web widget or SMS. _Needs approval._ - **Reply to an email** — Threads correctly into the existing conversation and appends your signature. _Needs approval._ - **Write a new email** — A properly styled message from your own address, with attachments if you asked for them. _Needs approval._ - **It dials, and it will not lie to you** — Places the call, then waits for the real outcome. It is forbidden from inventing a transcript or guessing whether anyone picked up. _Needs approval._ - **Hand a conversation to a human** — Flags a thread for a person and freezes the AI on it. _Needs approval._ - **Close something out** — Marks a conversation handled once you say it is done. _Needs approval._ - **Save a contact** — Adds a number to the address book so you can call them by name later. ### Make things Finished, sendable work: documents, spreadsheets, decks, invoices and on-brand graphics. - **Hands you a finished file** — Real .docx, .xlsx, .pptx and .pdf built from your live data — proper tables, headings and branding. Not a template; a deliverable you can print and send. _4 credits._ - **Post-ready graphics at the exact size** — Your brand colour and logo, at 1080×1920 for a story or 1200×628 for a link ad. Name the platform, get the dimensions. _25 credits._ - **Generate an image** — A product shot, background or illustration with no text baked in. Draft, Standard or HD. _25 credits._ - **Start an editable document** — Creates a document, sheet or deck you can then open and edit yourself. _4 credits._ - **Design a post or ad** — Lays out a social post, advert, flyer or story from a professional template in your brand colours — ready to publish. _25 credits._ - **Raise an invoice** — Bills a customer from your real prices — line items, tax and due date — as a branded PDF you can send. _4 credits._ - **Find your documents** — Everything in your workspace's document library. - **Read a document** — Pulls the contents so it can answer questions about, or build on, what is already there. - **Edit a document** — Changes an existing file in place, rather than producing a fresh copy each time. _4 credits._ - **Export to Office format** — Out to .docx, .xlsx, .pptx or .pdf, ready to send. - **What you have stored** — Every file it has generated for you, and how much space is left. - **Clear old files** — Removes generated files to free space. Its own output only, never customer data. ### Run the day Standing instructions, reminders, bookings, orders and workflows — on a schedule, without you. - **Type it once, it runs every morning** — "Every morning, chase unpaid orders and draft the reminders." It runs on schedule in read-and-draft mode and reports back for approval. - **Your standing instructions** — What is running automatically, and when. - **Pause or resume a standing instruction** — Stops one running without deleting it. - **Delete a standing instruction** — Removes it permanently. - **Remind you** — Pings you at a time you name. Personal, so it takes effect immediately. - **Go away and do the big one** — Hands a heavy job — a month of conversations, every workflow, a deck from forty threads — to a run of its own, and messages you the finished result here. You don't wait. 10 credits, because it runs in deep-thinking mode. - **What it's working on** — Which background tasks are still going, and what the finished ones found. - **Call off a background task** — Stops one that hasn't finished. It rewrites the rep's standing instructions for your approval. _Needs approval._ - **Change how a rep sounds** — Friendlier, more formal, warmer — applied to the business you name. _Needs approval._ - **Teach a rep an answer** — Adds a question and its answer to what the rep knows. _Needs approval._ - **Pause the AI on a business** — Stops or resumes automatic replies to customers. _Needs approval._ ### Work with your team Does what it can itself, assigns the rest to the right person, and tracks it to done. - **Who is on the team** — Each teammate's role, skills and which businesses they cover. - **Hand work to the right person** — When it cannot do something itself, it assigns it — picking the right teammate — instead of dropping it. - **What is on whose plate** — Open work items, yours or the team's. - **Close a task** — Marks work handled once it actually is. ### Reach outside The public web, and your own live systems through Data Connections. - **Search the web** — For facts that are not in your account — a price, a competitor, a definition. _3 credits._ - **Read a page in full** — Opens a URL and reads it properly, rather than working from a snippet. _3 credits._ - **Research something properly** — A multi-source pass that returns a long, sourced report with inline links — not a paragraph. _5 credits._ ## Developer API - Base URL: `https://api.247rep.app/v1` (also `https://247rep.app/v1`) - OpenAPI spec: https://www.247rep.app/openapi.json - Human reference: https://www.247rep.app/api-reference Bearer token auth; keys are channel-scoped and start with `rep_live_` or `rep_test_`.
